Edelrid Switch Double

Introduction

The EdelridSwitch Double is an asymmetrical self-belaying Y-lanyard that is most suitedto multi-pitch climbing. Made out of Edelrid’s leading sport climbing dynamic rope(SWIFT 48 Pro Dry 8,9 mm) that is light and compact. The big loop allows for easy girth hitch attachment toyour harness.A carabiner connects to the belay station or anchor point through the rope eye on the long arm. The short arm is ideal for abseiling.

Please Note: Although theSwitch Lanyard is made from dynamic rope and will absorb some of the force from a fall, it is still designed for use below an anchor point. These lanyards must only be used when the potential fall factor is less than 1. Not suitable for Via Ferrata.
