The EdelridHMPE Cord Sling 6mm x 120cm is asuper strong climbing sling made from synthetic fibers.

Despite looking a little retro, these sewn cord slings from Edelrid offer something different from the usual dyneema webbing climbing sling. For a start, they are very strong (rated to 22kN) and tightly braided polyester sheath makes themmuch more abrasion resistant than dyneema. They are also far stiffer than dyneema webbing, making them great for poking through threads – particularly one-handed whilst on the lead – A great addition to your climbing rack!
