Introduction

This book is easy to pick up and read, take a look at some of the sample pages and see for yourself. Beastmaking coversthe basics of training, detailed information on your fingers and grip positions. This leads onto training exercises on fingerboards, walls and pull-up bars. Ned is known for his flexibility, so no surprise that there is an entire chapter to this aspect of training.

Beastmaking will no doubt be on many a bookshelf providing helpful advice to many climbers over the years and is recommended for anyone interesting in even the smallest amount of training for climbing.
